Nanyang Alumni Awards 2017

Nomination Form

Nominations are now open for the 4 categories of the Nanyang Alumni Awards. Alumni, faculty, staff and students are encouraged to send in their nominations for deserving alumni / candidates who qualify under the nomination criteria. Please note that nominations will close on 30 April 2017.

All nominations will be evaluated by a Selection Committee which comprises senior staff members of NTU. The Nanyang Alumni Award recipients will each receive a Trophy and a Certificate of Commendation. The Nanyang Alumni Awards will be presented at the annual homecoming event in October 2017. Further details on the event will be announced later.

NOTES:

All nominations must be supported by a nominator who is not the nominee of the same submission.
Nominees who have been awarded may be re-nominated under a different category
Nominations must be made on a prescribed nomination form and additional supporting materials may be requested.
While all possible care will be taken over nomination forms received, the committee shall not be responsible for loss or damage before, during or after submission.
The committee reserves the right to verify all information supplied and any information submitted with the nominator for the purpose of Nanyang Alumni Awards.
The committee's decision on the award will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and conclusive, and the committee will not entertain any correspondence regarding its decision.
