Event Info This module Competency Unit 5 (CU5): Support general reference and information enquiry work addresses the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed in supporting, communicating and helping information needs of a variety of information seekers using the libraries. It also covers the reference interview techniques and the evaluation and use of printed and online information resources and services to assist the information-seeker.
