This module Competency Unit 1 (CU1): Provide Loans and Membership Services addresses the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed in supporting circulation desk and assisting library patrons with library collection and other membership services. It also covers the customer service techniques and user education for loan and membership services.

2. Participants or institutions who wish to withdraw from an enrolled course must submit reason(s) in writing to las.tnd@gmail.com. Where notice of withdrawal is given before the start of the course, an administrative fee of $25 is payable to facilitate the withdrawal from the course.
