Have you ever felt a sharp pain and stiff neck after a long day of studying or working? Have you ever felt a throbbing pain and numbness at your upper back after hours of laboratory work? There are simple methods to handle neck and back pains using acupuncture points and stretching exercises. Acupuncture is a retrospective science, going on for 3,000 years. We know it works, but are often not sure why and how. During this informative session, you will get to learn more about managing neck and shoulder pains as well as the science behind acupuncture.

Registered TCM physician, NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic, Nanyang Technological University


William graduated with a double degree in Biomedical Sciences (Nanyang Technological University) and Traditional Chinese Medicine (Beijing University of Chinese Medicine). He has interest in Tuina traumatology, respiratory and gastrointestinal conditions. Being a new generation of physicians, he possesses knowledge in both TCM and the modern medical sciences.
