Event Info Content OutlineThis workshop provides an introduction to the MEMS Module, an add-on module to COMSOL Multiphysics. You will learn how to build models for a range of MEMS devices including electrostatically actuated resonators, accelerometers, piezoelectric devices and thermal actuators. The following topics will be covered:- Coupling physics in MEMS device modeling- Electromechanics interface- Pizeoelectric device interface- Thin-film damping and Rayleigh damping- Geometric nonlinearity- (Hands-on) Building model related to: Capacitive Pressure SensorNote: Participants would be required to bring your own laptop.
