Event Info Earthlink NTU’s Annual General Meeting is an annual event organized to present potential candidates of the next management committee to all Earthlink members. This meeting gives future committee members an opportunity to share their hopes and plans for Earthlink before allowing members to vote for the respective nominees. Rules on the voting process will be shared prior and after the rally speeches have been given. During this meeting, efforts and initiatives over the past academic year will be shared while the annual financial report would be presented by the Honorary Treasurer. Please bring along your cutlery set as refreshments will be provided. All refreshments provided are Halal and vegetarian. Registration starts at 8.30am and closes at 9.00am. Only registered Earthlink members are permitted to vote. Note that vote slips can only be handed in after all rally speeches have been conducted.Only one vote slip per registered member is permitted; vote by proxy is considered invalid.
