*Participants below the age of 21 must obtain parent/guardian’s consent. Please fill up the Consent Form and submit it on Day 1 , Aug 1 during registration. We regret that freshmen below the age of 21 without a signed and valid Consent Form will not be allowed to participate in the orientation activities.
**Event photography & video recording may be conduscted at the event premise for SCBE publicity use. Information gathered during pre-event, event and post-event are for the intended relevant use only. By registering and participating in the event, you have agreed and consented to SCBE of the stated conditions.
