World trade volumes have seen a huge increase in open account transaction over the recent years with more than 80 % of world trade volumes settled on open account terms. Open account financing structures to support financing needs of buyers & suppliers in these complex global supply chains are broadly classified as ‘Supply Chain Finance’. Speaker Background Vivek Gupta – Head of Product Development, Tin Hill Capital Vivek has over 20 years of experience in trade finance having held leadership roles in various global banks in the region. He was most recently the Head of Trade and Working Capital for Barclays Bank, India and prior to that he was the Trade & Supply Chain Sales Head for HSBC Singapore and the Trade Head for JP Morgan India and Deutsche Bank, Indonesia.
