A confirmation email will be sent to your NTU email account upon registration.
Please understand that by registering yourself for this camp, you have acknowledged and given your consent for the following: 1. I confirm that I have accepted a place in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) as a student and am therefore eligible to participate in ‘Crescent Hall Freshmen Orientation Programme (CFOP) 2017, O17MPUS.’ If otherwise, I shall inform the FOP Organisers before the start of the camp and withdraw my participation. I shall then forfeit any fees which I may have paid for the camp.
2. I am a freshman that has been allocated to Crescent Hall for AY 17-18. I understand that if I am not a freshman allocated to Crescent Hall, my registration would be invalid and I will not be able to participate in ‘CFOP 2017, O17MPUS.’
3. I consent to the collection and use of my persona data for the purpose of contact and any other administrative procedures by ‘CFOP 2017, O17MPUS.’’ I further consent to the disclosure of my personal data to the relevant government authorities or third parties where required by law or for legal purposes.
4. I consent to the use of photographs and/or videos taken of me during ‘CFOP 2017, O17MPUS.’’ on websites and social media for publicity and marketing purposes.
5. I understand that on the start of the camp, there will be a collection of signed consent forms (Will soon be available on the FOP official website + emailed to you upon registration) and $45 for meals and 2 shirts (CFOP shirt and Crescent Hall Shirt). These items are important to ensure the smooth and safe running of the camp and I understand that without which, I may be withheld from participating in the camp.
