Event Info The Silhoutte Zoetrope Christine’s Silhouette Zoetrope creates 3 intriguing visual illusions. It is also a device that brought science, art and engineering together. Working with Cuong and Gerrit, they co-authored a paper titled “The Silhouette Zoetrope: a new blend of motion, mirroring, depth, and size illusions” which is published in i-Perception. This event brings all 3 authors together to discuss how they met, started the collaboration, some of the challenges and the key takeaways from this interdisciplinary project.
