LKC Medicine’s IntroDoction 2017: Alumes

LKC medicine presents IntroDoction 2017: Alumes which will be held from 24th to 27th July!

To guarantee your preferred T-Shirt size, you will have to submit this form by 5th July, Wednesday, 2359h. Registration for this program closes on 22nd July, Sunday, 2359h.

Food Fees: $12 (To be collected on the first day of IntroDoction)

For students staying in hall during the semester: You do not have to apply for Short Term Accommodation (STA) as LKC Medicine students are guaranteed hall stay. You should therefore indicate “No” in the STA option. You may apply for Early Check-in instead, which is from 24th July and continues until the semester begins. Note that additional charges will apply.

For students not staying in hall during the semester: If you wish to stay on campus during the orientation program, you will have to apply for STA. Please indicate “Yes” in the STA option. Full fees and more details will be provided in the email.

Please also note that while the form says "NTU Email", you may simply input your preferred email instead.
