PIERS 2017 in Singapore will be held on Nanyang Technological University (NTU) campus. For more information, please visit http://piers.org/piers2017Singapore/. The organizing committee would like to help make your conference attendance more convenient and enjoyable by arranging transport from/to Genting Hotel Jurong, providing lunch, as well as welcoming you and your accompanying persons (especially from overseas) to the conference reception. To that end, we appreciate if you could provide some attendee information below (by 31 October 2017), including your email address, given name (first and middle name), family name, lunch dietary preference, hotel accommodation, number of your accompanying persons (to welcome reception) and their information. Hotel Accommodation - On-campus accommodation: Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC) (already fully booked) - Off-campus accommodation*: Genting Hotel Jurong Hotel booking forms for the above hotels are available in the PIERS registration portal. Completed forms need to be emailed directly to the respective hotel. *Direct bus from Genting Hotel Jurong to NTU conference site and back would be arranged for conference attendees in the early morning and evening. Seats are limited and on first come first serve basis. For our logistics, please tell us your hotel accommodation information below.
Lunch Throughout the conference period, free lunch boxes are provided during lunch time to registered conference attendees on first come first serve basis. For our logistics, please tell us your lunch dietary preference below – International (Halal) or Vegetarian Food.
Welcome Reception: Sunday evening, 19 November 2017 All registered conference attendees are invited to a welcome reception at Sky Deck, Level 2 of North Spine. Those who wish to attend the reception should make reservation in advance in the PIERS registration portal. In addition, the accompanying persons of registered conference attendees (especially from overseas) are also invited to the welcome reception free of charge on 19 November 2017 evening. However, registrations for accompaniers are required on first come first serve basis by 31 October 2017. For our logistics, please fill up the information of your accompaniers below.
