Event Info After instruments to measure health-related quality of life (HRQOL) have been developed, they need to be evaluated systematically for reliability, validity and responsiveness to change. Unfortunately it cannot be assumed that these measurement properties are stable across cultures and languages different from the original. In this workshop you will learn about forward and backward translation, expert review and cognitive pretesting together with how to overcome some of the challenges of cultural adaptation.
