Welcome to your 2D1N retreat hosted by Cignature. In this retreat, you will be able to unwind and pick up new skills in an idyllic and relaxing setting. We have designed this retreat for you to include practical skills acquisition workshops, fun team bonding activities and an opportunity for you to rewire and relax in our unique mindfulness experiential activity.

• Learn how to utilize your strengths to achieve happiness, engagement and a better quality of life

2. Effective Communication

• Cialdini’s Laws of Persuasion
• Inductive vs Deductive Listening
• What your strengths say about the way you communicate 
• Forming a sense of spatial communication awareness

3. Pain-Free Networking   

• Personal Branding, glean from your strengths
• Knowing your networking blind spots
• Projecting Confidence & Making Conversations
• The art of the follow up 

4. Building Professional Relationships

• Your profile and your relationship management styles
• Conflict Management
• How to negotiate for win-win outcomes
• Forming a sense of spatial communication awareness

5.  Project Management

• SCRUM & AGILE Methods to Project Management
• The Art & Science of Delegation
• A glimpse at how projects are managed from private sector industries – case studies

6. Stress Management – Mindfulness

• Mindfulness Techniques
• Bite-Sized Exercises that reduces stress and increases vitality such as the Mindful-Chair-Yoga

NOTE: Students who have registered are expected to be punctual and present for the duration of the course. Absentees will be referred to School and/or Supervisors for further action, and a penalty of $30 will be imposed.
