Earthlink Membership Registration

The information you provided here will be collected and used by Earthlink NTU for administrative purposes relating to your membership and to help us disseminate information to you on upcoming activities and events. Earthlink NTU values your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless required so by law or by any legal or school authority.
 
By signing this membership application form, you agree that Earthlink NTU may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012:
(a) the processing of this membership application; and 
(b) the administration of the membership with our organisation. 
 
**Each member will be required to pay a yearly membership fee of S$2 after registration for the membership to be activated.
