Event Info

This workshop aims to equip participants with the basic practical skills in using Python programming language. Participants will learn python’s variables, conditional statements, looping, input-output files, modules, functions, and classes. These basics enable participants to start their own python projects for research purpose.

Prerequisites : Basic knowledge of programming concepts is preferred.

The facilitator:

Fredy Tantri is a PhD candidate from Interdisciplinary Graduate School (IGS) with research interests on network analysis, agent-based modelling, machine learning, and data analysis. Currently, he is working on complex systems modelling using Python programming language.
