Event Info A recently released “performance report” on the international humanitarian system by an influential think tank is a first major report on the state of the system since the World Humanitarian Summit. The two-year consultation process leading up to the 2016 Summit had signalled expectations of a maturing of the system from its first formalization in 1991.
