2) Appoint one member in the group as the team leader for grouping purposes.

**The purpose of Group Leader (Point of contact) is for the organizing committee to verify the particulars of the participants in the group are correct. Group Leader (Point of contact) is also responsible for disseminating the information (if any) from the organizing committee to the participants in the group.
