| SoH TOP Camp Fees: $40 (Amount includes meals and 2 camp t-shirts) |
| - Freshmen who did not apply for campus accomodation, will be allocated Short |
| Term Accomodation (STA) during the SoH TOP period. |
| - STA is an additional $30 for 3 nights in a twin-sharing room in hall. |
| - Camp fees will be collected on 5 Aug 2019. |
| - Freshmen who have checked into their Halls will not be eligible for STA. |

| - You must fill up the TOP Consent Form and submit it to us on 5 Aug 2019. |
| - Freshmen who are below 21 years of age require their parents' signature. |
| - Students without an endorsed Consent Form will not be allowed to participate in |
| all SoH TOP activities. |
