There will be a $50 fee collected for all meals and transportation during the course of these 5 days. Please download the Consent Form and submit it to us on the first day of Camp Accolade. A parent's/legal guardian's signature is required for participants below the age of 21 years. Do note that the deadline to sign up for Camp Accolade is 21st July 2019 (2359).
