Event Info Aim: This practical workshop aims to equip participants with the confidence and the tools to network effectively and perform better at interviews. Content: Networking is a powerful tool that can make a huge difference in our professional lives. This workshop considers what is good practice in networking, and will build confidence in the appropriate use of networking techniques. A seven-step plan for successful face to face networking will be covered. This workshop will move on to cover both preparation and practice for interviews, including input on several different types of questions and interviewing styles that participants may face. Outcomes: As a result of attending this workshop, participants will be more informed, confident and effective in using networking skills and techniques.
