The COVID-19 global pandemic is unprecedented, both in scale and in reach. Apart from the few industries which may thrive in such an environment, the situation has posed tremendous challenges to many enterprises. All business functions, including the Marketing function has to adopt new approaches to deal with them. This talk seeks to identify some of these challenges and propose some marketing recommendations for all enterprises to consider.
