Introduction to Azure Cloud & Azure Virtual Machines

This program is organized and supported by Microsoft Cloud Research Software Fellowship (CRSF) program to introduce various services on Microsoft (MS) Azure Cloud to NTU staff, students and alumni. The trainer will be sharing specific services on MS Azure Cloud for both research development and real-world applications.

 

Who Should Attend?

Individuals who are interested to learn the basic expertise associated with the above-described services on Microsoft (MS) Azure Cloud for personal exploration or/and to benefit their present project developments.

 

Requirements

Participants will need to bring their own laptops for the workshop. Power point sockets will be available at the venue.

 

Trainer

Alvin Chew is a Microsoft Cloud Research Software Fellow (CRSF). His present project focuses on building parallelized/distributed deep learning models on Azure Cloud for specific engineering applications.
