This form is applicable only to students with NUS High School Diploma. Singaporean and Singapore PRs holding other qualifications should apply in February.
This form may take you 15 minutes or more to fill in. You will need the following information to fill in the form:
- Transcript of Academic Record
- Results slip of any other courses attended during or after high school (if applicable)
- TOEFL, SAT, IELTS results slip (if applicable. Please note that this is NOT compulsory.)
You must print and submit the supporting documents as listed in the Checklist after your online application is successfully submitted. Application without supporting documents will not be processed.
