This form may take you 25 minutes or more to fill in and it must be completed in English. You will need the following information to fill in the form:
If you are now studying in Kelas 3/Kelas 12 in High school:-
- Kelas 1/Kelas 10 Semester 1 & 2 results
- Kelas 2/Kelas 11 Semester 1 & 2 results
- TOEFL, SAT, IELTS results slip (if applicable. Please note that this is NOT compulsory.)
If you have already taken your SMA UAN:-
- SMA (Ujian Nasional & Ujian Sekolah)
- University transcript (if applicable)
- TOEFL, SAT, IELTS results slip (if applicable. Please note that this is NOT compulsory.)
You will need to create a
Password at the end of the application form. The length of your password must be between 8 to 20 characters. Please remember your password and you should not disclose it to your friends. With the application number and password, you will be able to check the progress of your application and submit scholarship application.
