Introduction to Python for Non-Programmers is a workshop series that aims to introduce Python to those who do not have any programming knowledge and demonstrate that coding can be a skill that is accessible to everyone.
 

The first workshop of this series, Introduction to Python for Non-Programmers I, will introduce participants to 3 basic Python functions.

 

Learning outcomes

In this session, you will learn to use trinket.io to run simple Python codes, create and assign data to variables and utilise these functions: print(), len() and input().

Target audience

This workshop is for undergraduates who do not have prior programming knowledge.
