This seminar aims to help you understand and recognise the signs and symptoms of stress, and learn ways such as the four A’s: avoid, alter, accept or adapt, to manage stress and enhance your wellbeing. There is also an interactive segment to create an action plan for study and play to help reduce and manage stress and achieve more with limited time. About the speaker: Pamela is a counsellor from the University Wellbeing Centre in NTU. She obtained her Masters of Social Science in Professional Counselling from Swinburne University of Technology and is a certified practitioner of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. She has counselling experiences in the social service sector prior to joining NTU. Registration for this event has closed. |
