1.    Please read this Data Protection and Privacy Statement carefully so that you understand the purposes for which we collect, use and disclose your Personal Data. In this document, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to NBS Audit and Assurance Team (NAAT).  

2.    We may collect, use, disclose and process your Personal Data for one or more of the following purposes:
a)    To process your application to be a participant of our events; 
b)    To administer and manage your relationship with us as a participant (“Relationship”);
c)    To contact you or communicate with you via various modes of communication such as voice call, text message or fax message, email or postal mail for the purposes of administering and managing your relationship with us;
d)    Any other purpose reasonably related to the aforesaid.
(collectively, the “Purposes”).

3.    If you emerge as one of the Top 6 winning team, we may need to disclose your email address and contact number to and only to ICAEW for prize issuance purposes. In this regard, we will maintain the appropriate levels of security and confidentiality. Otherwise, all personal data will be purged from our database upon conclusion of the event.

4.    If you are providing someone else’s personal data or submitted the registration form on behalf of someone else, you hereby declare that you have obtained consent from the named individual(s) in the form, for the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data by you to us and our sponsors and other third party service providers.

5.    If you have any questions about our collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data, please contact NAAT Honorary General Secretary at A190055@e.ntu.edu.sg.  

6. Should you wish to withdraw your consent for the NAAT to collect, use and disclose your personal information for the above-stated purposes, please notify us by writing to the NAAT Honorary General Secretary at A190055@e.ntu.edu.sg. We will then remove your personal information from our database and cease to use your personal information. Please allow 15 days from the receipt of your email for your withdrawal of consent to take effect.
