 Art of Public Speaking

by  Dr Granville D'Souza

13 January 2021, Wed | 10.30am – 12noon | Livestream

About the seminar:

At the end of this workshop, participants will understand the 4Ps of an effective presentation, i.e. Planning, Preparation, Presentation and Post mortem. Participants will be able to develop strategies, prepare for a presentation with the fundamentals in place and ensure a smooth delivery to anyone for all occasions. Communication is key and a fundamental ability. The need to articulate and share ideas across groups of people or to a crowd is increasingly becoming more important as channels of communication are rapidly changing. This exciting and practical workshop will empower participants to multiply their communication skills dramatically.

About the speaker:

Granville is the Group CEO of EQ Asia Pte Ltd and Peak Performers, a consulting and training practice specialising in organisational behaviour and performance. The group designs and facilitates corporate and adult workshops that focus on enhancing performance at all levels, dealing with change, forging powerful partnerships in organisations and building individual resilience and team resilience. In addition, he does developmental coaching that deals with deeper emotional issues caused from past programming. These include trauma, loss of motivation, anger and mild depression, phobias and acute fear. His initiatives are frequently used to boost performance of staff at all levels and for teams to approach obstacles objectively with a view to enhancing performance.

*Do note that students are required to stay for 75% of the seminar duration in order to get their attendance endorsed.
