Event Info [Wellbeing Discovery] Learning How to Learn – Skills for your Undergraduate Degree Journey and Beyond

While this assumption is generally true, many students do not understand how their brains operate during the learning process. They also do not know how to effectively work their brains to avoid procrastination and increase motivation. In this fun and interactive seminar, the speaker will be covering topics relating to:
1. Why learning is so difficult? 2. Different types of learning 3. Modes of learning 4. Procrastination 5. Motivation
About the speaker: Associate Professor Andy Khong is currently serving as the Associate Dean (Students) at NTU’s College of Engineering. His interests include psychology, motivational theory, and metacognition.
