About the seminar: 

This seminar aims to introduce mindfulness and its practice to better manage stress and anxiety amidst the hectic, uncertain times we live in. Topics covered include an introduction to mindfulness, common mindfulness techniques, recognising stressors faced by graduate students and the positive impact mindfulness has on stress reduction. There is also an interactive segment where students will get an opportunity to practice common mindfulness techniques and get answers for their queries in the Q&A section.

Ms Dana Lim, Senior Counsellor, NTU University Counselling Centre

The University Counselling Centre (UCC), known as the University Wellbeing Centre prior to 1 April 2021, provides professional counselling and related psychological wellbeing services to our students and staff. ​​​​​​UCC supports and empowers students and employees to take positive action by developing their potentials and life skills.​
