Relationships and Wellbeing

by  Dr John Shepherd Lim

25 May 2022, Wed | 10.30am – 12noon | Livestream

About the seminar:

Relationships are a key pillar in a person’s level of wellbeing–while supportive relationships build us up greatly and are a strong protective factor against the development of mental health concerns, poor relationships with those who are important to us take a heavy toll on our mental wellbeing.

This webinar unpacks the types of relationships that we should build for ourselves to attain healthy levels of sociability, belonging, and wellbeing, as well as practical steps to take towards those goals. At the same time, participants will also be equipped with steps to take should they find themselves in unhealthy and toxic relationships that are affecting their wellbeing and personal productivity.

About the speaker:

John is an experienced professional with more than two decades of experience in conducting counselling sessions for individuals and couples. He has helped many clients through issues such as depression, stress, suicidal thoughts, anger management, and many more.

*Do note that students are required to stay for 75% of the seminar duration in order to get their attendance endorsed.
