Title | Gamifying the learning of data structures and algorithms – Part 2: board games |
Summary | Gamification is proven to be an effective mode of student learning. For the EEE course IE2108: Data structures and algorithms, the use of board games such as Snakes and Ladder, Tic-tac-toe, Checkers, and Chess will be an efficient manner for students to play and learn the concepts at the same time. Along with Python coding to simulate the games and demonstrate the winning of board games in the most efficient manner, the project will also showcase a user interface for learners to interact and choose algorithms/methods that will showcase various outcomes for each game. |
