Title Charged particle dynamics in electromagnetic fields B
Summary This is a theory and simulations project. A strong background in physics, mathematics and programming is needed. In this project, the student is tasked to write code and perform simulations of charged particles interacting with electromagnetic fields. The project will involve analyzing the impact of using different types of electromagnetic field profiles on different charged particles. Potential applications include the use of laser fields to accelerate charged particles for X-ray generation and radiotherapy.
