Title Development of a smart LED lighting system for sleeping hours
Summary During sleeping hours of nighttime, people may need to turn on light for various purposes. Lighting gradually brighten is comfortable for eyes when you turn on the LED lamp at night. In this project, a portable prototype of smart LED lighting system for the operation during night hours with the following features is designed: 1) The system has the capability of continuous human tracking using sensors such as motion sensors to determine the motion status of the persons in the area under monitoring. 2) The system is able to switch on/off the LED light sources upon the motion status. 3) Light intensity of LED lamp can be gradually increased when the lamp is turned on. A portable prototype (including LED light sources, sensors, and control unit) powered by batteries only will be fabricated for demonstration.
