Summary | This Low Dropout(LDO) voltage regulator is a frequency compensation buffer for the embedded current-mode voltage reference within. The temperature compensated voltage reference is compensated with both the positive and negative temperature coefficient of the delta Veb and the Veb respectively. However, the subthreshold concept in which MOS transistors can also be used when operating at a much smaller current. A choice can be made between the two for this FYP. Student with strong interest in analog IC Design is preferred. |
