Title Stable Frequency crystal-less Oscillator
Summary The design of a 50 MHz stable frequency reference based circuit oscillator without the used of crystal, suitable for application in wireless sensor nodes(WSN) based on relaxation oscillator concept. The design consists of high speed comparator, temperature independent current-mode voltage reference, constant current reference, current steering switches and logic control block in 55nm CMOS/BCD Lite technology node. The design should be process corner simulated at a typical 1.8 V supply and laid-out for completeness. Suitable for student interested in analog IC design.
