Title | Design of a Charge Pump Power Management Circuit |
Summary | Charge pump is considered as one of popular DC-DC converters for use in power management circuits. This stems from the fact of its simplicity and supports good alternative choice in the context of DC-DC converter design. The objective of this project is to design a charge pump unit incorporating appropriate low-dropout regulator that aims to provide good stable dc voltage output whilst concerning good regulation and efficiency. The circuit will be realized in 40nm CMOS technology and its function will be verified by Cadence EDA tools. |
