Title Effect of fading channel on performance study of QAM modulation scheme with rotation angle
Summary In this project, the student is expected to study the performance of rotated quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM). As rotated QAM has been widely used in wireless systems nowadays, it is important the study the effect of channel uncertainty on its bit-error rate (BER) performance. Specifically, the objective is to study the performance over additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) and various fading channels. The performance will be verified through simulations using Matlab programming.
