Title Optimizing power allocation for power-domain NOMA
Summary Recently, non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) has emerged as a promising technique to enhance the spectral efficiency and user fairness in wireless communication systems. It is one potential scheme to be used in future generation wireless network. In power-domain NOMA, users with distinct channel conditions share the same time and frequency resources, exploiting power domain multiplexing for simultaneous transmission. However, optimal power allocation among NOMA users is critical for maximizing the overall transmission strength and achieving desirable performance gains, especially in scenarios where user location tracking is essential. This project aims to address the power allocation problem in power-domain NOMA systems with a specific focus on optimizing for user location tracking. By integrating location-based information into the power allocation scheme, we will explore how NOMA performance can be enhanced to support accurate and efficient user tracking.
