Title Design of Low Power Resistive Memory Circuit
Summary Nonvolatile memory (NVM) is a good memory solution in ultra-low power applications since power supply can be completely shut down. NVMs can also be employed in digital logic circuits so that they can store critical information without power and quickly recover the systems when is supplied.
In this project, students will design and analyze several state-of-the-art circuits for resistive memory
