Title Study of Stability of Perovskite Solar Cell from Charge Carrier Dynamics
Summary Organic and printed electronic devices such as solar cells, field-effect transistors and light-emitting diodes, are under intense investigation in academic and industrial laboratories due to their potential to enable mass production of flexible and low-cost devices. This project proposes to investigate high efficiency and stable solar cells with emphasis on studying the stability of perovskite solar cell under different environment conditions. By establishing the relationship between device efficiency stability and the electrical characteristics, this study can further clarify the device degradation mechanism and provide countermeasures. This work will contribute to the development and commercialization of perovskite solar cells.
