Title Unifying Large Language Models with Knowledge Graphs for Reliable Chatbot Interactions
Summary This project addresses a critical challenge faced by Large Language Models (LLMs) related to the reliability of generated content, often leading to issues such as hallucination where the model may produce inaccurate or fictional information. Despite LLMs' remarkable natural language processing capabilities, they are prone to generating content based on outdated or incomplete knowledge. To mitigate the risk of hallucination and enhance the trustworthiness of LLM outputs, this project proposes to integrate knowledge graphs (KGs) with LLMs. The integration enables LLMs to access updated, verified information from the KGs, effectively grounding the generated content in factual data.

The objective of the project is to combine the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) with Knowledge Graphs (KGs) in order to enhance the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of chatbot interactions.
