Title | Intelligent 3D Wireless Power System for Underwater Devices |
Summary | In this project, the student will work alongside research staff and postgraduate students to design a spatial wireless charging system tailored for underwater devices. Current planar wireless charging systems encounter issues such as extended docking times and inconsistent communication. This initiative seeks to address these challenges by innovating coil, circuit, and control designs, while utilizing existing infrastructure. The student’s primary responsibility will be control design, with a focus on AI-driven control strategies to optimize charging speed and efficiency. This project is set to pioneer transformative wireless charging technologies for underwater applications, reinforcing Singapore’s status as a global frontrunner in marine electrification. |
