| Title | Design and Development of an Academic Companion Web Application for EEE MSc students |
| Summary | With most Master of Science (MSc) students in EEE coming from overseas, ensuring a smooth transition into the new academic environment is crucial. They may face difficulty adapting to the local educational system, with challenges such as differences in grading systems, academic structure, unfamiliarity with campus facilities and new administrative procedures relating to their studies. Thus, this project aims to design and develop a full-stack Web application for EEE MSc students, providing them with an all-in-one platform to facilitate their academic journey in NTU. The application will allow them to discover and share their favourite places to study, connect with peer support groups, facilitate discussions on academic questions, chat and read blogs from alumni on their experience, while also providing a concise and user-friendly page where academic information, such as grading and course guidelines, can be discovered. Upcoming classes and events, as well as to-do list features, will help keep students updated on their progress. |
