Title Future transistor technologies beyond 1nm node: Part 3
Summary The Moore's law has guided the development of electronic industry for more than half a century and now we are approaching the limit as sub-5nm products are emerging in the market. New technologies that have the potential to sustain the ever increasing demand of data in our digital society are highly desirable. The industry is actively exploring different road maps toward the aim. This project will use materials that are only a-few-atom thick to develop transistors that works for sub-1nm technology node.
In this Part 3, student will be in the characterization of transistor performance using electrical methods.
