| Summary | The most cost-effective route to solar cell fabrication was unlocked by utilizing thin-film technology. It was found in the late 1980s that the thin film of quaternary compound CuZnSnS has a suitable energy band and exhibits a photovoltaic effect. In this project, the CuZnSnC thin film solar cell will be studied. with the help of the simulation software, the device structures will be designed, simulated and optimized. |
