Title Design of Optoacoustic Imaging System for Deep Penetration Medical Diagnostics
Summary In this project, the design of optoacoustic imaging circuit and system will be studied and implemented. Optoacoustic imaging system combines the merits of optical imaging and acoustic imaging, and can achieve much higher resolution and contrast than single imaging modality alone. The project will be collaborated with clinic doctors. Both ex-vivo and in-vivo tissue and animal experiment will be conducted. The application in earlier stage cancer diagnostics and non-invasive tumor screening will be explored.
