Title | Hardware Fault Injection Analysis for Security Evaluation |
Summary | Hardware security is becoming increasingly critical as more devices are interconnected in the Internet of Things (IoT) era. This project aims to investigate the vulnerabilities of hardware systems to fault injection attacks and analyze their impact on hardware security. In this project, the student needs to set up an experimental environment for conducting hardware fault injection tests. The student needs to develop procedures and scripts for injecting faults into target hardware components (microcontrollers). Proficiency in programming languages for developing scripts (Python and C/C++) is required, along with a strong understanding of hardware design principles and digital electronics. |
