| Objective | TechX Challenge is the second largest competition in robotics in the world. It is launched by DSTA in January 2007 in Singapore. The prize for the winner is S$1 million. The objective of this project is to develop a visual perception system for a robot which could meet the TechX Challenge. |
| Scope | The project will consider the following aspects: 1) depth perception using range finder, 2) depth perception using structured-lighting, 3) image-based recognition, and 4) image-guided control. |
